Our Products

All our products are handmade in India. Due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations in the final product. All product descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge. The products listed on the site are not customizable. For any products customizations, please contact us directly before placing your order.

Our bottle décor is made using recycled glass bottles. They are carefully washed and cleaned before use.

Care

At imagicArt, we believe in bringing a smile on our customers face and we go that extra mile to ensure our products are of highest quality. We use best quality paints and ensure that all our artworks are well protected. For any bottle décor pieces, simply use a soft dry cloth to pat dry and clean. Do not use water.

Our oil and acrylic paintings are varnished well for protection. Avoid keeping it against any damp wall or surface to prevent a likely chance of Mold developing on the canvas or on the back side of the canvas. This can possibly only happen in case of excess moisture or humidity on the wall or inside the room. You can take a soft dry cloth to clean the artwork gently. Do not use water.

Delivery

We endeavour to ship all orders within 3-4 working days of receiving them (unless specified in the description). If this cannot be achieved for any reason, we will contact you and advise when your order will be shipped.

All orders require signature on delivery and have a tracking number. Please let us know if you do not receive your order within a reasonable time frame and we will track it for you.

Cancellation, Refund, Exchange

Every piece of artwork is handmade with love, and we, at imagicArt, take utmost care to ensure that it reaches you safely and as quickly as possible. As these are handmade pieces of art, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once the order is placed.

However, if you have any doubt, please don’t hesitate to send us a message for any clarifications/queries before you purchase, so we can address any questions before the item is purchased. We ship through our trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart or FedEx.

Privacy

We use SSL security for data protection on our website. Your information that we capture through our website is solely to fulfil your order and provide you an optimal service through our online business. The same details will be used for order processing, shipping, and invoicing. We strictly do not share any data with any third-party.
